How to keep healthy?
How do you keep healthy?
I exercise and walk, eat lots of fruit and veges.

Excersize and living at a healthy location
Excersize daily at an upscale gym for 2-3 hours. Don't do just treadmills and power equipment. Attend special classes like bike riding, yoga, pilattes, TRX and others. All these classes are designed to keep your body in a good shape.
Diet. Eat full breakfasts. Don't eat much at a dinner time.
Location. Live in a healthy location. Your apartment always has to have an access to open fresh and clean air. Keep apartment clean from germs.

Maintenance: Avoid too much fatty and salty foods, and sweets too! Drink in moderation, drink lots of water specially during hot days.

I don't eat snakes, and I do exercise. Maybe I should also reduce the hours that I spend in front of the laptop!

To keep healthy, I eat more vegetables than poultry and meat during meals, I drink plenty of water, I give myself enough sleep at night, and I take vitamins to have a stronger resistance.

Due to the work, I seldom exercise. So I just choose to walk to work instead of driving.
That's a little thing I had done to keep healthy. I mean every little detail should help!

just do healthy living quit smoking do some exercise...drink wine instead of alcohol....

yah right. Sometimes food is not enough to keep you healthy. studies show that getting poor quality sleep on a regular basis increases the risk of having high blood pressure, heart disease and other medical conditions.

I do cardio workout, eat fresh vegtables and fisn, drink veggie juice...then work out my body...drink a lot of water ... sleep at least 7 or 8 hrs..and take a good rest either going out or a nice spa.
