Need To Know Which Vitamin Is Good

Hi

Just want to get opinion..

What is vitamin i need to take coz confius there is so much brand in the market.

Are you asking for a brand? Or are you asking for a specific vitamin?
All essential vitamins and minerals are important.

All vitamins are the same in fact, i mean the brands, the only difference is that the minerals they contain. It depends what minerals you need. From my point of view the most important is vitamin C.

If you are eating a well balanced diet, drinking enough water and getting lots of exercise and sun, you should not need to take vitamin supplements at all. Spend your money on good, healthy fresh food. Cook it well and enjoy eating it.

That is the best recipe.

All vitamins are good for ones health though they are a little bit different from each other but you really need them in your diets and you can also get a lot of it from fruits and vegetables.

Brand? It all depends ion what country you are. If your looking for vitamins look for multi vitamins.

Hmm, all vitamins are not the same actually as the cheaper ones use different kind of fillers to bulk the tablet out.

If it is health you are interested in then as SITA says, the best course of action is to go with your diet as no matter what vitamin you take, if you eat unhealithy it won't make a blind bit of difference.

The advice in this thread about eating veg and getting sun etc is definately the best.

I have no affiliation with these but what I ALWAYS recommend to anyone trying to get healthier from within is this dvd I bet anyone that sees it will alter their diet and become healthier.... It will be the best money ever spent for you and your family and plus it will give you an insight into vitamins also - (btw, there are places to watch it online though I won't go into that!)

One thing you need to keep in mind is that there are quite a few companies that feed off people's need to have multi-vitamins.

Also, PAY NO ATTENTION to what the Recommended Daily Allowances on the packages say as they are written by the FDA and have no proper studied scientific basis.

Sorry about ranting here but I am quite into this as I am a personal trainer and also studied nutrition etc.

I think only a doctor or your body can tell you what you need at present, there can't be a universal answer for this question.I think you should eat more fruits, vegetables, nuts and honey, they contain all the important vitamins

I love this question because so many people waste money on top name brand vitamins when most of all brands are actually the same. Not many things go along with this for the saying "you get what you pay for'' is actually true.

I think the best vitamins is natural vitamins from natural sources . The one which we take in different foods that we eat daily.

I used to think that was good advice but over the years food seems to have changed. Worldwide, the soil just seems to be lacking something. For instance, oldtimers here talk about how imported apples used to have an incredibly wonderful aroma they no longer emit. Something is amiss.

Sounds good to me but citrus fruits are not good for everyone and just being in the same room with peanuts can make some people ill.
Like you stated, only a doctor or your body can tell you what’s needed. Good advice IMO.

Anyway, gotta sign off now and go occupy my spot on the sofa in front of the TV. Our local girl Rihanna’s scheduled to appear on ABC’s 20/20 shortly. Chris Brown must be shaking like a leaf.
