I love teams. I can always say that it was someone elses fault when I mess up. I like to shift the blame to Cricket

I agree with this point of view, at the same time, work alone efficient, many people in one team, Some people will be poor apology for worker.

ROFL. Hey w3bmaster... you forget the value of having someone else to blame if it goes awry. :p
I often tell my team that if a project runs afoul I'll be sure they get credit for the idea, whereas in the event of success they can rest assured I'll pay the compliment of trying to claim it as my own.

I prefer to work alone. But in a team if you get blamed it doesn't matter. Don't view yourself through other peoples eyes.

Working in team can be very good when everyone realizes his or her responsibilty and work hard, but sometimes it's better to work alone and you are responsible only for yourself.

I love working with a team..Even if you and your team doesn't make the work done in time, you all help each other..Like in a Filipino tradition, we called it 'bayanihan'..

Teamwork is the co-operative effort by a group of people to achieve a common goal.
- this is implemented to the betterment of a one company.

Being on a team is great. You don't have to deal with a problem single handedly or think for ideas just by yourself. you can share your ideas together and make it a good idea. negative things in a team can be avoided if team mates knows how to give way..

I can explain team work in a broom stick.. Why? If only one stick will clean the road it will takes a long long time to clean it. But when the stick combine together, they will easily finish there task.

When it comes to site maintenance I prefer to do all the work myself because not everyone is on the same schedule which can sometimes mean differing opinions on urgency.
In regards to running my sites however, I ONLY do this in a Team Environment. I've found that autonomy is a very bad thing so enabling one person to have total power is always a big mistake since emotion cannot always be separated. This holds especially true when it comes to site policing (infractions, bans, etc.) as you can never have too much insight into matters.
The only exception to this rule are link spammers, I ban these tards on the spot.
