I like to exercise 3 times a week. For the most part, it makes some of the MS symptoms less painful.

I used to do jogging every morning during weekends and wall climbing every Sunday night but that was before. Now, what i afford to do is to have a stretching after i get up from bed and meditation every Sunday morning with my friends.

I certainly don't do enough. I walk a fare bit during the day but that is more pacing than walking. Occasionally I will jump on the rowing machine but life is generally a bit too hectic at the moment.

My form of exercise is Yoga, unfortunately I don't have time to exercise on a daily basis. I manage to walk as much as possible and just keep active.

Of course, I do mountain climbing twice a week. I think it is helpful to my work, too.

I have an elliptical. I put on an episode of a TV show and excersie while I watch it. Definitely more interesting than listening to music.

I'm desperately addicted to playing squash. Would do it 7 days a week, if my body and schedule allowed for it. This summer I did the complete P90X program. Exercise and nutrition guide. It's practically impossible not to get into the best shape of your life if you follow it religiously. Worked for me.

I go to gym almost everyday before but got busy recently.

I think I last went to gym about 3 months ago. I've gained weight but I plan to go back again. I know a lot of geeks who go to gym too.

I have a personal trainer, and have 3 brutal training sessions every week.

The endorphin rush is amazing... But it's a whole lotta pain too hehehe

I try to lift every day, but work gets in the way so it is usually more like 3-5 time weekly.
