I don't get fat no matter what I eat so I am ok for watching my weight.

Regarding keeping fit in general. I smoke so I suppose I Would die if I went to the gym.

I am usually not that type who exercise and live a sedentary life and now am scared I may catch heart disease because of it so I guess I need to do some work out little by little

Does walking 2 to 3 km per day considered to be an exercise?
If yes, I am doing exercise.

I try to get exercise every now and then whenever I can. It is very important especially for those who sit all day.

That's my problem right now I don't have any time for workouts. Sometimes I walk outside to buy something. But I really want to workout especially when I am always sitting infront of my computer for the whole day. Do anybody has a suggestions or something on how to burned fats despite that you are not working out so hard?

Well i exercise in my house.mornings i go for jogging and then do some free hand exercise.I plan to do it every day.And this makes me feel better.

Ya I train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as much as i can about 4 times a week! Best work out ever!

I exercise/work-out regularly every morning before starting work:

Day 1: Pull Ups (30 mins)
Day 2: Push Ups + Sit ups (40 Mins)
Day 3: Gap/No Exercise

Also,I walk everyday for 30 mins.

Well, almost every weekend, especially when the weather's fine, and sometimes in the morning when I have enough energy for that

I hope I would do daily, but come to reality I can do only once or twice weekly due to my laziness. I had worked too much daily and lack a good time organized. That's why I fell asleep every time I was intend to do exercises bad

Well i did workout daily and stopped for awhile but now i am back to working out again.

I just do push-ups and sit-ups. Trying to get a six pack and i am not talking about the beer.

30 push-ups with 30 seconds gap per set of 10. Doing this every other day. The distance from the highway to the office is a 15-20min walk which I take twice a day is also a good exercise for me. Good for the heart.
