I do a decent amount of walking, and press-ups and sit-ups time permitting.

No official exercise, but I ride horses regularly. Most discover sore muscles they werent aware of afterward. After lugging saddles, repairing fence with a t-post driver, hauling 50 bags of feed... a gym would be a nice break. :-p

Sadly, I have stopped working out as much. Ironically, I cut out all HFCS, sodas, and cut most of the dairy out of my diet. So I lost 20 pounds of fat (went from 200 to 180). Now I just hope to put on 20 pounds of muscle. It's hard. I can maintain a healthy weight easily, but building muscle takes a lot of time for people who have desk jobs. The key I try to do is just stuff I can do at home (elliptical workout, sit-ups, pushups). I think the key must be consistently exercising.

I usually go to a Muay Thai class every Friday night after office. For the past 4 weeks, I wasn't able to attend because of some commitments and scheduled events that I have to attend. I'd probably go back and train again this Friday.

Every 2 weeks during weekdays, we usually have some basketball game with my colleagues.

I am planning to go to the gym soon and bring back my figure again. I gained weight about a year ago because of eating, eating and eating.

For the past 10 years every morning i do push-ups and sit-ups to wake me up. If that does not work my other exercise is lifting coffee cup to my mouth for few hours.

I do a lot of walking at work so that's another form of excerise i do during the week. Maybe if i stopped eating junk food, i'd have a six pack and i'm not talking about the one that you drink. lol

I don't do exercises or workouts, I just use the stairs when going up and down the office, our office is located at the 4th floor so it's not really tiring but atleast it helps my feets and legs to relax ^___^
