Who I was referring to are the people responsible for monitoring this security equipment whoever they may be. If they are just business owners going out and purchasing and installing this equipment themselves, then I think what Ferre mentioned is probably the case. Either they don't care or they are naive to the fact. But I can't see people that are hired to set up or even just monitor security equipment simply overlooking something like this.
It's a bit of a puzzlement. Maybe they are thinking the more eyes the better .. who knows? lol
