What is your favorite Hamburger?

I love when my wife makes hamburgers, that's one thing I enjoy the real homemade hamburgers here in US. Fresh meat and ingredients, onions rings and French fries, Miam miam and Bon Appétit!

Here an example on how to make an Old-Fashioned Cheeseburgers

What is you favorite hamburger?

I love pretty much any hamburger as long as it's been grilled. I'll never say no to a mushroom/swiss or pepperjack with avocado.

Totally agree with iimmdeepak. Who can resist the factory made hamburger we all (or some of us) have since we were a kid...

The video was not available.

IMO, the perfect home burger results from a high grill temp, to start and a good grade of meat with no more than 15% fat. Chuck on the low end, round or sirloin.

The most sinful burger I ever made was after watching some Food Network show about a prime rib burger at $40 per pop. I had some older rib eyes in the freezer they got double ground through the meat grinder on the stand mixer and we had prime rib burgers.

They would have been better if the rib eyes had tail on.

Oh yeah. I love it grilled as well. The smokey taste and grill flavor is what makes it special.

The best one in my local is "Mexican Burger" from Burger King. If I would have to die with a heart attack from hamburgerI would give my life with Burger King over Mcdonald. I do not hate Mcdonald that much but they are poor quality compared to Burger King in the same price you spend.

Burger King beef is much better than Mcdonald. I am not sure if other country may have any different in perception, but in my local Burger King is a known as "Premium Hamburger" while Mcdonald known as a "kid hamburger" or "cheap ripped-off hamburger"

A chicken one with tomatos and cucumbers, homemade of course. But I don't eat them very often, because they are fatenning for me too much. After eating a hamburget i need to go to the gym and work there for an hour.
