What made General Motors fail?

do you think, what made General Motors fail?

Its not one thing that caused their failure ... but more a combination

of factors ... from bad management to high labor cost ...

and in the end failure to innovate and deliver value to their customers.

From the point of view from outsider like me. GM is a far more better but they never changed when the world changed. They have too many car model that overlaps between each other in both price and usability terms. They are not focus enough and keep increase the price while reduce the quality all the times.

What do you think if you paid $100 but got only $50 value from it while it was $100 value you had got before? The more greedy, the more failure possibility.

GM is to big to work properly. They need some restructuring immediately. Besides the compaetition ia great now.

GM mainly focused on the financial sector but not in the designing new models and introducing new technology, this might be reason for its failure
