I use face book to keep in touch with my old classmates and friends, its a good source to communicate between friends and a source of entertainment off course.

Because FB is one of the biggest social networking and almost all of my friends are there.

I have one right now because for the reason that I want my friends know what web pages and sites that I love. I'll just have to like it and there it is already shared.

got a lot of friends overseas, so it's nice to be able to catch up and see what they / their families are up to in a quick way. I do try really hard, though, not to let it replace direct communication.

I also use it quite a lot now to promote businesses.

I can post whatever I want without being tied to the constraints placed by the various forums I frequent.

My family and friends are scattered from sea to shining sea, some overseas, and we use FB to keep in touch.

I can use the 'f' word if I want to.

I don't use it to keep in touch nor do I post where I'm checking into or what I'm doing. I use it to post jokes and other things I think are funny. I will occasionally make a serious point on their posts but they're usually something funny. If I want to talk to them I text or call them. I find it ridiculous the people that post several times per day and especially the ones that do it with what they're doing like everyone cares what you're doing at every point in the day, unless they're a stalker. Then you just made their day.

Posting on facebook is an excellent way to plug your listings or a great property you find to all of your contacts in one fail swoop. Whenever I post something on facebook I get immediate results. Last time I posted on facebook I picked up 3 Buyers in one day.

I just use it to stay in touch with some people. You do have to deal with a bunch of annoying stuff at times, though.
