physical stress and remedy

Stress, in its simplest terms, is our REACTION to changes that require a response from us. Although research does link prolonged stress and depression, the definition confines itself to the simplest elements it can be stripped down to.

Note that the definition of stress does NOT point to the change itself, but our reaction to it. It is not what happens to us, but our reaction to what happens to us.

That is good news, because, the definition implies it is something under our control. While we cannot control the changes that happen around us, we can certainly attempt to control how we REACT to those changes.

There's no better doctor for you,as you are, in fact who may know better what's happening in your head than you?
So if you learn to analyse the life situations, make some conclusions, you'll involve your brain, not emotions

agreed ... I have actually read a very good author, Wayne Dyer, who focuses a lot on this type of thinking ... it is all in our minds how we react to things ... we can control our thoughts and reactions ... interesting reads

I couldn't agree more! It's good to remember that there is ALWAYS something positive to take away from negative events in your life that you can't control. There's always something to be learned. Don't dwell on the bad things, focus on looking ahead and moving forward. You don't have to forget it all, just don't dwell and focus on the bad all the time.

All I need to relieve that stress and frustration is a good sleep. After that when I woke up everything just runs smoothly as they are. Since you can think clearly if your mind is refreshed and fresh from a good rest.

I guess the best thing to combat stress it to eat the right food at the same time try to relax your body or find time to have a good rest once in awhile

I'm with boxfiddler. An excellent way to combat stress is exercise. The mind and the body are one. I prefer single track mountain biking. If your mind is wandering back to work, a crash or two will make you focus on what you're doing and stop thinking about stressful things.

Good information to learn. The other thing to do is to involve oneself in physical exercises. this relaxes ones mind and in a way it eventually relieves you of the stress.

Many regards.

stress can be reduced by a simple rest. Stress is sometimes important as it reminds us that we have to re-organize ourselves.

Controlling stress is definitely something you want to look into. It helps you remain calm and therefore helps you think straight in any situation.

Stress can be controlled and therefore reduced my learning to recognise when you are actually stressed. A lot of people suffering from disorders are not actually aware they are stressed. It's quite similar to being an addict. The first step to healing is admitting you are actually an addict. Once you realise you are stressed you can then take the necessary steps to resolve it. One such good step is actually learning to breathe (deeply and properly) in times of great pressure. It makes a huge difference just taking a step back to breathe deeply and control your inner sanctuary.
