Morning Walk , Drink enough water , eat much more fiber diets and dont stick with the same routine

yes that is basically what you need, just don't starve your self and go on a diet that only kills your organs and makes you sick and in the end you will get skinny but it doesn't make you healthy.

Always eat a healthy breakfast never skip this and walking is great way of exercising.
