The site I open with the $10,000 will open another site, then i'm selling them both, and sitting on 5 million. Laughing at you.
I am above all.

thank you for showing me and everyone just how big of an idiot you are..
You're worried about paying taxes on $10,000 but you're going to make more $$$ and in the end sell the sites for 5 million dollars?
Do you even think things through, I mean seriously do you?

I don't want to entertain you by commenting in this thread, but your in need of help. Talking to an accountant is cruicial for anyone checking this out. And even if any of this is close to true, rules and tax laws change constantly, Without notice to you. And claiming "stupidity" or just "not knowing" or even "But Jimmy-Bob told me I could" doesnt do any good when confronted.
Good Luck.

You're such a do-gooder, huh? Look, I don't need an accountant to tell me wether or not it's ok for me to be GIVEN $10,000 as personal favors from multiple people - get off the accountant sh*t. If you and I had known each other for a couple weeks and became pretty good friends, and I was wealthy, if I gave you $10,000, even $20,000, because you really needed it and I was feelin generous - you don't need to speak with an accountant about it. Unless you never made it past 5th grade. You brought up speaking to an accountant like 3 or 4 times in this post man, you act like the IRS is going to jump out of the bushes over a small 10G's, especially when millions and millions of the 96.2Million paypal members collect thousands and thousands of dollars that aren't taxed. People send money to other people through paypal for hundreds of reasons other than purchases. What i'm doing is legal, and can't be punished for in the court of law.
Now, if I was asking people "as a company", or "as a web site" or "as a organization" to "donate" $50 to me - there might be a 5percent chance I could get into some small trouble. I'm not asking in that form though, I'm asking as a person. As a favor, not as a donation. One person flat out asking another person for $50 in direct 1 on 1 personal conversation. It's "Hey i'm Myname" not "Hi this is Myname with SoandSo.com" or "CompanyNameHere" - got it?
and of course they'll be presented with the question properly - not just "hey man can I have $50?". I'm not stupid.
Jesus Christ..people make things so complicated than what they really are.

I don't know how it works in the US but in the UK, our version of the IRS is called The Inland Revenue and they have access to everything, your National Insurance number, your credit card statements, all your bank details and even paypal stuff if they want.
What they say goes.
If they say jump, you do say, how high? No matter who you are.
I'm kind if guessing that the IRS carry the same power.
Good Luck dude.

Myname it's obvious you made up your mind on the law and what you say goes so why even bother asking?
It's not like us people who have been making a living online and being self employed for years know what we are talking about anyways. Yep no reason to ask an accountant when money is involved, especially thousands of dollars that you plan on claiming is a donation..
Good luck with that.

Myname1001,
You could provide an official letter from the IRS stating that it is OK for you to take that money without paying taxes on it. Ultimately, they are the ones that have final say. Then you can prove everyone here 100% wrong.
It sure beats going to jail. (Or, so I would suppose)

He made his 5 Million and Evil Black Knight currently works for him as a cleaner.
Zap also applied for a job but there was nothing suitable for him.
The IRS did visit him and question how he made 5 Million so quickly but he sorted that out pretty swiftly and now the IRS are working for him also

Dont you have to file when you hit only like $600-$650 for the year?
Thats why affiliate programs make you give tax info.
Reguardless of how you get it, you still have to account for it, or have it accounted for.
Whether the person gives it to you writes it off as a donation or you claim, but someone has to claim it.

Paypal does not report your earnings to the IRS.
If you don't tell, no one will know

Does your paypal account transfer money into your bank account?
If not, what system are you using to withdraw your funds?

I haven't seen Noname post in this thread for a while. Maybe he really did make his money and now he's living the life we all dream about, since it was all tax free.
For security reasons, he's probably changed his name from Noname to BK4013970061794. (At least, that's what it says on that card he's holding up in the photo.)
