DP has one unique quality which at the moment SP doesn't has its to get answered quickly.
No doubt when i hit new posts more than 60% i have to wait and do other stuff before returning back to DP because whole page contains repetitive questions which has been already answered in all forums more than 100 times.
In this situation HR is very sophisticated forum because they keep thread count less but put relevant new thread into old well established thread.
There are lot of challenges which DP has to face in recent comming days because its growing really fast that is to get the status of "quality" over quantity which i think at the moment only WMW keeps.
But its not always good idea to make forums large because then it doesn't remain in well control and quality guidelines if not properly planned.
I think its easy to get good number of visitors on forums because GoogleBot sleeps at forums and you get index for most of the terms which you never expected before.
But personally i think v7n has way more potential than its performing at the moment.Guest should be converted into Members
It can only happen if forums are kept services based not human based.As DP forum is not growing and getting popular because of Shawn Hogan's presence on the forums.Its because of his work on the website. (not forums).
