If you hear from him again, have the bastard call me.
We will send him lawyers, guns, and money.

We haven't located him yet. Been on the phone all morning and he isn't a guest of any of the places we've called.

Good news. It's pretty scary when someone goes missing on the motorcycle forum.

Things can move pretty fast in that area...I wonder if the process is at later stages since you got a call
(Im hoping this isn't all a stunt but sometimes you have to err on the side of believing it)

John, when you said: "Just received word that he is alive and well, and may need some assistance with some issues. "
I thought that meant you knew where he was and he was OK? That was a joke and you don't know?

3 weeks seems like a long time in custody...Is that normal?
I take it its Germany he is being deported to? (Is my memory correct)

They referred me to the dept of Homeland Security, a Mr Munos. I'm working on it, but if anybody is in San Diego and closer to the situation, you might have better luck. All they are telling me is that he didn't have proper documentation and he is going to be deported.

Ok, I just got off the phone. I offered to post bond, but they are saying he agreed to "removal". He is going to his "home country".
This thing makes me sick, but he agreed to it and there is nothing we can do now.

WOW! Really?? That's what up? Well at least he's alive!
I'm moving down his way this weekend and had flashes of finding where he lived, peaking in his windows if he didn't answer and seeing him on the floor.

I don't know. Talking to the Homeland Security officer was so, odd. He said, "He's going home", so I asked, "so he's being released?" and he said, "No, arrangements have been made for him to go to his homeland".
I think San Diego is Mike's homeland. I kind of wonder if Mike just got tired of being in detention and gave up and agreed to it. I wish I had known about it sooner.

Ughhh...
America is Mike's homeland.
Mike is more American than many Americans I know!
And Mike's daughter is here, in Atlanta.
I'll have to look into applying for one of my companies to be able to sponsor H1B Visa's.
