That is just a stage of development. Human life begins at conception. "Fetus", "child", "adult". Just stages of HUMAN development.

A little off topic, but just interested to see what you guys think.

If a women goes in for IBF ( I think thats what its called. Where they put their 'eggs' on ice because they cannot conceive a child without this aid. ) and for one reason or another they don't end up using their eggs. They choose they don't want a child, so what do they do with the eggs?

Do you think its right for them to be destroyed, or should the take the treatment anyway because it is a 'potential life'

Julie, I know cold hearted bitches who thought they were too cute to have kids and had abortions instead. I also know people who felt a lot of pressure from dad and mom to have an abortion, and regretted it deeply.

Potential life is not life. Sperm is not life. The egg is not life. You put the two together, and a life is conceived.

Women waste eggs every month. Men waste sperm every month. Seperately they are not life.

being a potential life, and being a life is two different things.

That egg is just that... an egg. It's not been fertilized, not reached the point of conception yet.

I think it is totally wrong for people who 'thought they where too cute to have kids' to have abortions.

I think it is only right if the child isn't going to get the best life possible. No use bringing a child into the world if they are going to be unloved, and not cared for.

I think that's cruel, putting someone though a life of absolute misery.
