There are several possibilities:
1) As Images - but that's not really comfortable
2) Encrypt the E-Mail via JavaScript, that's something I did here e.g.:
sunlab.de/Impressum.aspx
If you got Javascript turned on you'll see info[edited for spam reasons]sunlab.de, if not you'll see:
wB58@BtuHVb.de - Spam bots are afaik not capable of Javascript.
3) Show the E-Mails as info(at)sunlab.de or simliar stuff - also not that comfortable
4) Create a form submission for that kind of stuff like vBulletin does it. If a member on the board accepts E-Mails you can click on "E-Mail" and a form opens. You fill in your text and submit it, that way the author E-Mail Addy never gets published - in fact the most secure way.
