I find it hard to believe that a $2500 solar installation can provide that much of a reduction in an electric bill. (The $2500 cost wouldn't only be for the panels; an inverter and battery bank would undoubtedly be needed as well.)
To save $235 per month (assuming $0.15 per kilowatt-hour), the system would need to be generating over 1500 kilowatt-hours per month. That's a lot of power.
