How to cook lamb balls
Ingredients:
season lamb ball in spiced flour, brown in pan until coloured, remove from pan, add 2tbsp of garam, 1tbsp tumeric, 1tbsp of chopped garlic, 1tbsp of chopped green chilli, 1tsp of corriander powder, 1 tsp of paprika
Prodecure:
1- add half an onion, brown. remove mixture and blend to paste
2- add 2 tbsp of tomato puree blen again, add lamb ball to pan with pure'ed mixture cook over low heat for 1hr, serve with basmati rice
3- Eat, and don't forget to share with your granny!
