I agree with most of you. Combining diet and exercise will lead to a better lifestyle for a constant level of healthiness. Otherwise it can lead to yo-yoing.

Diet is the most important..... You can exercise all day long and still not burn off what you stuffed in your mouth.

Congrats! I only eat rice every 1-2 weeks and I haven't had the outcome you have. It took me a year to drop 10 lbs. Anyway, I should probably add more exercise to my routine.

I think doing both of them is the best method to lose weight, of course. If you can only choose one though I'd have to say diet is the most important. If you start working out hardcore, your body may feel hungry more frequently. If the goal is only to lose weight you need to set a daily limit for your calories.

Walking for an hour can burn around 200 calories depending on your weight and speed. That's the equivalent to eating ~3 cookies. It's best to balance between the two though.

I really doubt it if you can loose weight just keeping to a diet or only by means of exercise, only the combination of these two will help you to reach the result you want. By the way don't forget to take heart rate monitor with you, it will help you to find the right intensity of your workouts. I'm currently using Beets BLU, perfect combination of price and a number of functions

Definitely both but if you can only do one I think a good diet is more important.

Only Exercise is best. Last week my weight was 75 kg, and i was worried about it. And i start exercise daily and now its 73kg
