I learned about it from "The Breakfast Club" Movies can teach you so much.

Bender: Claire, you wanna see a picture of a guy with elephantitis of the nuts? It's pretty tasty.
Claire: No thank you.
Bender: How does he ride a bike?
Bender: Oh Claire, would you ever consider dating a guy who looked like this?
Claire: Can't you just leave me alone?
Bender: I mean even if he had a nice personality and a cool car... although you'd probably have to ride in the backseat because his nuts would ride shotgun

Speaking of left-handed... I'm a slow mouser because both the physiotherapist and ergonomist told me to switch. Tough highlighting stuff.

Last time my wrist got funky, I used my left. Now I use either hand just fine.

All joking aside, I think marriage can be absolutely fabulous. I take VERY seriously making a promise that is forever. However, it can be dangerous to make blanket statements about divorce never being an option etc. I, not unlike many others, kept myself in a very dangerous situation because of this commitment and by not wanting to fail at something that is supposed to be forever. Not everything will have a happy ending and there is most definately a time to bail....

I think that bail out option is always there. It's just that it would be silly to include in the wedding vows "until a divorce judge does us part".

Sure, some sacrifices are necessary (if you can bring yourself to that), but they are also rewarded by the sacrifices of the others. Marriage is a give some, get some situation. Much like life itself.

OMG! don't tell me you are considering a suicide every time life doesn't go the way you'd like!

Because I don't believe that women have ever gotten a fair shake, genderly speaking and even to this day, yet they are half the intelligent inhabitants of the planet.
