First match of the pool season tonight. I gave up being captain of the team last season, and wasn't going to play this season, but I've been persuaded otherwise by our longest-standing player. I'm glad I'm not captain anyway, too many players b*itch at you when you leave them out of the team.

Judging by the time they took to bring me a coke (ten mins) and get my order, (they took my order after bringing the coke. I said when I came in I was ready to order straight away) Pizza Express is clearly a misnomer. Won't go there for lunch again.

I never felt flat. Ice skating is something, what i could do inherently.

Ice skating is a blast. I love flying around in the cool air, although it does sting a bit if you fall (and bruise!). Thankfully, I've only fallen a couple times... mostly at the hands of rowdy boys plowing everyone over.

For some reason I can rollerskate very well. It is just iceskating that throws me for a loop. |

I always end up going ice skating myself. No one I know likes to go. I wish I knew someone who enjoyed it also.
