I wonder if TheFriend ^ is doing a head stand, cos that might be the cause, as of course would a mallet, but that is unlikely. Have you had your eyes tested lately, in fact let me throw this out to all of you reading this,
Have YOU had your eyes tested lately. You should be tested at least every two years. Computer use on a daily basis is hell on your eyes.
Do it people, do it this week. Actually its Thursday, so OK, do it next week if you can't do it this week. That doesn't sound as forceful.

I don't feel any confusion or meltdown, nothing of that sort, I 'm thinking about a week off my job to brush up my thoughts and senses and remind myself of my true goals in life, they are definitely different from spending 80% of my time at work.
