Things like grammar and punctuation came very hard to me as a kid. I flat out refused to learn the stuff for about a year in grade school, then after a while, I figured out how to just get by, and so it remained, all through elementary and highschool as well.

Somebody helped me to remember a time when I was stranded in the desert in Arizona with my cat Pedro...(he had a broken tail that looked like an upside-down L)
I spent about 20 something hours out there alone...below zero... at night, dark as I have ever witnessed...
I had a vision that night...or at least an energy came over me...spoke to me...
I was told to let my fears breath...they need as much life as my dreams...
Shortly thereafter, a wandering old man passed by and gave me an avocado...

Here is the proper use of "its and it's"
Proper use of IT'S
If you can read either "it is" or "it has" in place of it's and the sentence still makes sense, then you're good.
It's (it is) a great life.
It's (it has) gone.
It's (it is or it has) to be used tight.
Proper use of ITS
When used as a possessive pronoun. It's Confusion because it is correct to say "Jim's" to indicate possession, but incorrect to say "It's". "it is" or "it has" should not make sense in the following examples.
The dog chased its tail.
The cat licked its bowl.
The bird plucked its feathers.
Hopefully this will clear up the subject of the proper use of "its and it's"

Yeah, I think Sita already explained about that. The subject was "Lets".

I think it's a transitive verb or something. In the context that it was used (as a transitive verb), it would be spelled correctly without an apostrophe.

There's a dog outside my window gnawing on a deer scull, I don't know where he got it. It's a spike horn with one six in. and one 3 in. spike.

Apparently it was a neighbor's dog because he just came up and took the skull from the dog and threw it on the ground and then the dog followed him back home, the skull's still out there. Maybe I'll go get it tonight and hang it in the garage, the jaws have the full set of teeth. I've got one lower jaw with teeth that I found last year, hanging in there now.

Time for me to pull myself out of the winter blues, and get myself together.

I'm thinking that warfare against evil forces is not a bad thing. Especially when you have the greatest army.
