Hmmm, my dad knows how to cook. He has his own style of cooking and I guess the taste for food that makes the food exotic. He doesn't follow the the usual menu.... He makes his own menu.

I see, I also like that when i'm cooking..
I don't follow recipe book, i also don't the follow the measurements..I used my 'tantya' method..What's good for my taste buds i know it will be delicious for my family and whom that dish is for..

well thats an idea... since we are going to the supermarket later blackeyes, I will get myself some golden snails and coconut milk and about a six pack to get me through the day... that oughta be fun... kinda missed cooking some crickets, not you coffee goddess

, saute it in tomatoes and ginger, onion and garlic and add some egg, thats great with beer...

His cooks are really exotic. For an instance he would cook 'tinolang manok' with pumkins/squash and 'nilaga' with an eggplant and many more! Can you imagine?
