Tim Hortons coffee and one apple fritter. That was for variety. Normally I have the coffee and two apple fritters.

I slept during my lunch... I'm going out for dinner tonight, so I may not have an actual lunch meal.

Fajita enchiladas topped with ranchero sauce and grated cheese. The meal also came with guacamole, sour cream, diced tomatoes, tortillas, Mexican rice and re-fried beans.

What can I say? I'm hispanic.

What mexican eats chicken fajitas!

Where am I suppose to get Pico de Gallo in Minnesota? If it's not authenic, it's not worth having.
