What is the most difficult decision you have ever faced ???

The title says it all...

I personally think that the most difficult decision in a person's life , i.e the decision that a person had the most difficulty in taking , says a great deal about that person's personality .

What do you guys think ?

To be a drug addict, or not to be a drug addict.

I will let you guess which one I chose.

The most difficult decision in my life is deciding on if I should give up everything so that I could pursue my dream making it a reality. Their will be criticism, hates, and discrimination, but if I don't give it a shot, I would never know what my talent can do for my life. If I failed, at least I would know my limitation. But if I was to never given myself that try, I would never know if I succeed.

That sure is one difficult decision . There are many people who are afraid to chase their own dreams because of the chains imposed upon them by the society ( I think its actually in one mind . The only chains that are imposed upon our self are the ones that we our self impose . ) . Such people most probably , after reaching old age , look back upon their life with regret and think what would have happened if I chose the other decision ....

I think quitting smoking and drinking on this New Year is the hardest decision for me. It is hard but not impossible to stay away from these things and now I'm happy with my decision.

Hard thing I've had to do is focus when you have a lot of family problems and health problems on your mind. Most times when there are issues with your family it's very hard to focus on a topic or / and stay motivated.

In regards to your question, up to this point in my lifetime so far the most difficult decision I have ever faced was deciding where to live and settle down after I got married.
My wife was born and raised in New York city and has lived there all her life. So it seemed a no brainer to leave because city life was taking it's toll and the quality of life is not to be desired...... but that would entail leaving both of our immediate families which obviously is not something easy to leave behind.

Mine was having to leave my kids at the ages of 3/mo old girl and 2/yr old boy. Ex-wife and I went to counseling for 8 months and just did not work. It was for my kids protection for us to split and divorce and to this day I have not seen them because of my ex-wife, left when I was 25 (about to be 30 this month) Very controlling female.

I had a debt, somehow I managed to arrange money to repay the loan amount. The lenders were behaving in a very rude way & almost threaten me to pay the amount ASAP, else they will take me to court. As the amount was not in notice of my parents so I had to keep up with them, as much as it could be possible.

When I arranged the funds & thought to pay the lender, meanwhile I got a call from my dad that he needs the same amount to be used in a critical treatment of one of my relatives. I really couldn't understand what to do next.

Finally I decided to go for my family & gave the amount to my Dad & told everything about the loan to him. Remember ;In a family parents are the biggest source of Inspiration & solution to any difficult situations. My Dad dealt with the lenders and now everything is fine.
