How do you deal with stress?

My favorite quote on quote is: "bang your head into the wall" No, silly. I'm just kidding ya. For me, how I deal with stress is to get over it. Let the stress stress itself out so it won't bother me anymore

Just take deep breaths and relax yourself . Yoga and meditation really helps as said above . As they say , " Only a healthy body can occupy a healthy mind " .

I always believe in the saying that "you should bite off more than what you can chew."

Just because you can do everything doesn't mean you have to take in everything.

Learn how to say no to some appointments, deals, etc.

It's important to learn how to prioritize the things that really matter. That includes time with your family, friends and self.
