Thumbs down Do You Practice Meditation ??

Well guys i am doing mediation from last couple of weeks and now its giving me relaxation and peace of mind.

I will advise you to start mediation.

If you are beginner start it for short duration like 10 minutes everyday and after couple of weeks you can increase duration. it will help you to increase your focus level and peace of mind. the best part is anyone can do it from anywhere and it does not require any equipment.


I thought i should share with you.

mediation.........

I am thinking this for last 2 years but not startred yet, now i am seriously thinking to start mediation, as per your advice i will start with just 10 mins

hope i can start

As I am currently training to be a Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner, I am studying a form of meditation,though with the added bonus of flooding the subconscious mind with positives whilst in this state and the effects are pretty amazing.

Glad to hear that my motive for starting this thread was to at least convenience a single person to start meditation.

you can start from here this video is in Hindi (English Version is also available for non Indians) they have explain it very well in the animation.

I would love to hear your progress, you can reply hear or message me.

Interesting Job Profile i have also read little bit about the subconscious mind and its effect on our intellect and life, If i would have second chance than i would like to be a psychiatrist because i love to learn about the Human Mind.

Thanks for sharing video mate, i am also indian so can understand Hindi as well,

BTW, I am eager to start but i am one of the laziest person

Hope i can start it as early as possible, but will message you as i start

I occasionally do meditation when I am feeling particularly stressed. It also works for me when I can't shut my brain off when trying to go to sleep.

Not sure why I don't do it more often because it's a great feeling when you get into the "zone".

I frequently do meditation. It's very interesting. A little advice, if somebody don't know how to it, he can contact with me. I have many audios to do meditation, English and Bengali. if you want to do meditation or want to go deep meditation then I can surely help you guys. I could share direct downloadable link but I am only a junior member of this forum ................

Thanks for wishing me luck, davethompson. My training is fantastic and leads me to constant good rapport and compliments so as to help others.

That said, you'll find most of the Mod and Admin team here are professionals at meditation due to being almost permanently in a mind-emptying, mental catatonic state. Accept for Jim and Zap - (they achieve this by drinking pure alcohol!)

As you may have guessed by my above comment, my training isn't going so good!

hmm... meditation. i did that a year ago for some days only. i don't know why but when i do meditation, i won't feel any change or i feel boring. so i left it... but i think i should start again in early morning...

well i started meditation in last december...

when i have started i feel like very much boring (like techguru ) but my cousin is doing meditation for 3 years he taught me how to do it (properly), i did it again i feel very much peace but again i left it because of time,

hope to start it again, BTW davethompson thanks for remembering me
