So you are saying for a woman to basically not eat that much and starve themselves? That could lead to unhealthy issues later on.

Over-weight can run in the family and just starving yourself and exercising will not keep the pounds off. There are many people with kids and busy personal life in which can not find time to exercise all week long.

Read my Statement dear, I told that don't eat too much. I think that people can survive if they eat average food, that's what I Meant.

All will have time atleast 10-15 minutes daily to exercise.

I am getting fat really fast. The points should be for me. I do some crunches,pushups and situps at home. But not improving.

I am quite the health nut and what works best for me to cut (cutting/losing fat) I do all my cardio work outs in my own home. This guy has some great work outs that are very effective (worked great for me!)

Exercise, it's really that simple. Dieting helps, but it's not the best solution. You don't lose weight by eating, you lose weight by burning fat (AKA, exercise).

Consult a physician, and follow the steps they advised.
I prefer exercise spend little more time in gym, and morning jacking.

Your girlfriend just need to be really determined in order for this balance diet and exercise to work.

Personally, I do have the same problem. I want to loose weight as well and I started to lessen my intake of carbs and do a couple minutes of exercise everyday. For 2 weeks I loose a couple of pounds so I think it's effective.

I tell you nature method that any one will not tell you. this method is for all people in the world.
while eating, Drink water before eating or in between eating. Don't drink after eating. When you have eaten then don't sleep. this trick help you a lot.

Most of fat people don't follow this trick.

You should go for balanced diet. You can make a chart of eating schedule of yours. Try to eat carbohydrates, vitamins and protein. Along with that introduce little regular exercise in your routine which may be; Cycling, walking, jogging (Sometimes) and stretching. I am sure after going through this schedule you will feel light and will start loosing weight.

1. Right food (Avoid junk food)

Slowly cut down on carbs (bread, pasta, pastry etc) and don't eat sweets (black chocolate and/or cocoa is good for you, replace those cupcakes with them). Focus mainly on eating meat (the leaner the better - chicken, salmon, other fish, seafood, but you can also eat beef, pork, veal etc but not everyday).

Exercise regularly, go to the gym and actually lift weights. You can do 3 times a week with weights, 3 times a week cardio. Keep it up for a month and be amazed with the results. Good luck

Eat 400 calories below maintenance, run for 20-30 mins a day and mix it up with HIIT. eat less sugar and carbs once a week do a carb re-load

Eat boiled vegetables specially cabbage & consume green tea , you will start seeing good changes in you . but it is equally important that u do exercise specially cycling or running . Don't be a lazy no pain no gain .

Swimming is one of the best way of loosing weight, one of my friend wanted to apply for the air hostess so she has to loose 1 k.g. airline company suggested her for swimming and it works for her.
