You will not lose weight by running. You need to gain muscles, muscles eat up the fat in your body. By running you lose muscle not gain.

Ask her to stop eating hehehehe anyways my GF had told me eat one sandwich with milk take some salid in lunch and one bread ( Chapati ) At night with any gravy but take your dinner at time dont eat late.

In regards to the opening thread, if you want to lose weight you are going to have to create a deficit of calories. One of the ways to accomplish that is to exercise and manage your intake of calories by burning more calories than what you are actually eating.

To implement this mentality requires an understanding of what it takes to lose a pound. A pound of body fat equates to approximately 3500 calories. So if you have a calorie deficit of 500 calories (meaning that you burn 500 calories more than you eat each day) you would lose approximately one pound per week. Although this method is part of a slow process, it's a healthy process that will help you lose weight slowly and is considered a healthy way of doing so.

1. Side By Side Dumble ( if You have) [ Otherwise Take 4kb or 5kb weight on both hand and do it.

It's not rocket science: Eat less (but of course enough), get some exercise. From my own experience: Don't drink that much cola or other soft drinks.

Well there's a lot you can do if you want to lose weight. Start eating wisely, I don't say less because it has actually been proven that going on diets and completely removing fats from your diet is bad for you.

What you need to do is adopt a healthy life style. Drink lots of water, exercise, and eat healthy food including healthy fat but eat in normal quantities (you shouldn't stuff yourself).

The key is to burn more calories then you generate. if you're doing that, then the weight you lose won't harm you. Any weight lost by other means like going on excessive diets, or using diet supplements will.

Try to reduce sugar as much as you can. Don't drink fizzy drinks. Try to introduce green tea in your diet if you don't already drink it.
Eat organic vegetables, instead of processed foods. Eat Fish having omega 3 fatty acid. (its good for your health)

if you can't exercise due to your busy routine, then Google exercises that you do while working. Just increase your exercise.
Eat foods that naturally enhance your metabolism. Go for small walks daily. you can even do laughter yoga lose weight happily

Try to eat in small plates, so that you eat the food in small quantities. Don't drink water during meals or until after 30 minutes.

Do all this and you'll be healthy and slim. I say this from experience.

Losing weight is a hard work, no easy option. No pain no gain. Eat healthy and exercise. Exercise won't help much without good diet and vice versa.
