If you want to lose weight then drink green tea daily and eat in small portions. Tea increases your metabolism.

Watch what you eat very closely. Seriously. Don't lose track on how much you ate, don't take random bites that 'dont count', keep an eye on your calory intake. Sports help too, of course.

Try going to gym & if you can't do that ..then try jogging for at least 30 min . Avoid sugar , salt ,fatty junk food & eat lots of green vegis . Drink at least 4 litre of water .

Put a picture of her body in the pandry. Look for a group exercice only for girl, not to hard just to start making exercice. Do not let any junk food enter in your house.

Runing,
yoga
All are the best way to loss weight. . .
