How to lose weight ?

What is the best way to lose weight? help my girlfriend .

Doesn't sound like she really want to lose weight, then. Anyways, there's other methods. Fat suction.. Nah, just kidding.. or am I?

Joke aside, the Dukan diet seems to work fine, but it's really tough because in long periods, all you eat is meat. That gets VERY boring, but as said, it actually works.

Ask her to google it she will find many ways. My GF went to a lady doctor she told to my gf that make some diet plan take a cup of milk with two slices. Take one bread with any gravy dont eat rice in this period. Take dinner at 6 pm and do some walk. Her 6kg weight reduce in one month. Do the same.

Without exercise not possible for Healthy Weight Lose !!!
For healthy weight lose,
1. Exercise at least for 30 minute.
2. Drink 2 litre of water. Especially more at the morning time.
3. Avoid sugar.

Proper diet and proper will help. To loose weight what important is "determination".

don't eat foods that containing fats. Do some exercise per day. it will help you to loose some weight

I think it's not easy like that, there are to many things must to do adding to your 3 steps such as avoiding fats & fizzy drinks .. etc

What if you join her doing exercise. This is what I do every weekend. I play badminton with my wife and my two kids.

Control in food , don't eat oilly food, Regular exercise, Runing , yoga is the best way to loss weight.

start juicing all of her food and drink lots of water. Oh and lots of exercise.

Exercise is an efficient method to lose weight but it is possible to lose weight just by controlling your diet. That means controlling what she eats, how much she eats and when she eats. She will get faster results by continuing to exercise.

To lose weight, you either have to limit your calorie intake or increase the calories burned. If your girlfriend doesn't want to exercise, she'll have to starve herself or have liposuction. I suggest exercising to also tone.

Weight can be lose by RUNNING try for a month or two surely get good results...
or Join Gym .. will help to lose weight with gym exercises...
minimize junk food.. and this is must....
