Do you practice meditation ?

I have heard that meditation is great for mostly emotional balance and it has several other benefits.

Who all practice it daily and any tips to start ?

meditation is always good for health its help you mentally & physically. i don't practice meditation this time.

I would love to try meditation but unfortunately I did not find time to do it. Like in the last 10 years. But travel relaxes me.

I want to practice this one. I sometimes get paranoid with some hateful people around. I want to do this to ease my mind out. I just wonder how I can do this without getting mentally disturbed...

The ability to focus on a single issue can be easily achieved with practice.....

One should then choose a pleasant item to spend the relaxing time.....
A good example would be to concentrate on fishing......
your troubles will go away for awhile and allow your mind to recharge...

At least...it has worked for me that way for the past 40 years....

Yes certainly meditation is good for relax and beneficial to remove stress
my wife is running a meditation center lots of people are enjoying

Meditation is a great form of art to calm and clear one's mind and start new. It can be done in many different ways. I usually simply just sit in my car with eyes closed, empty mind, and relax for about 10 minutes before head in to the office to start my work day every morning.

Yep. We do silent Tuesdays at 7pm for one hour for our workforce. Works a treat and we serve herbal tea too!

often on sunday, i usually find a place in nature park, sit n shut off my mind for 20-30min...

Yes Mediation is best way to reduce anxiety. However it takes some time have Patience with meditation.

meditation can be great. there are many different types and ways to meditateand it doesnt have to take long. You can spend 5 or 10 minutes doing a relaxation technique or a re-affirmation. you dont have to spend hours in a lotus position.

there are a few decent apps for moderated meditation or guided meditation that can help with the process.

You won’t truly see the benefits of meditation unless you commit to practicing regularly.

Meditation is great

Yes its like giving your brain vegetables. When you meditate you clear your mind and most of your negative mental habits start to fade away. I guess its like organizing your mind. It clears up the clutter so you can think more clearly. I highly recommend it, but it can be difficult at first because you may not think its working. It takes time to train yourself not to think while your meditating. But stick to it. It's really rewarding and you'll discover some things about yourself. Peace

Doing meditation helps in curing any type of diseases.

And it gives a pleasantness to us.

It simply makes the day superb.
