I would go for it, let me know where your working and I'll come for a drink Even if it is a 9 hour flight lol.

HELLLLLLLLLLLO!
I got online for the first time here.
Im currently typing this from a bar (really!!!), the wireless internet in the students union. I am working as a bar tender here part time, need the cash!
They did training in one evening, it's pretty simple, just gets very very busy at the weekends.
And to this Redrum guy, no smoke in my face over here, smoking is banned in this country!

Learn to remember well! And lip read! Cause you'll need it for crowded nights with people ordering shedloads of drink!! And a lot of the time someone will order a pint and a few shots. So learn a routine to leave the pint pouring while you pour the shots. When they're drunk they don't care if the pint has too much head!

I have worked in two bars. One was a quiet pub - well not so quiet in the summer when lots of people wanted food and drink - and the other was a holiday park. I met loads of great people in both jobs and learnt how to put a shamrock on a pint of Guinness

Line one on US Federal Tax Form 1040:
Wages, salaries, and tips. This should be shown in box 1 of your Form(s) W-2.
Attach your Form(s) W-2.
Tips are also taxable in Canada

I used to work in a pub for a couple of months, during a holiday. Training is important, especially when it's crowded. I did mine on the other side of the bar, just watchin' everything they poured in my glass!
Being a woman also helps, people tend to cut you some slack if you have a pretty smile

I don't like mine too strong. I prefer taste. Too strong makes me want to hurl. I tell them to make it girlie style. You know..if my b/f orders drinks for me, they make them stronger than if I order it.

hmm, weird. there's a club in town that claims to have the 'best drinks in town' but really they're just the strongest. I ordered a long island there and the guy poured in all teh alcohol and then literally a little splash of coke. you could watch it swim down thru the booze...it was insane!
