Egg substitutes. You use them as a replacement for real eggs to reduce cholesterol consumption.

Egg Replacer is a mixture of "Potato starch, Tapioca flour, Leavening (Calcium Lactate, Calcium Carbonate, Cream of Tartar), Cellulose gum, Modified cellulose"
Can't you just have egg whites instead? These ingredients seem to be dangerous in their own right.

It is a complete fallacy that any cholesterol from eggs is bad for you. There is next to none anyhow its all an old wives tail that has persisted. My wife is a nutritionist and has to convince people of this all the time.

Yes, my nutritionist says that too. Science keeps on evolving. Once upon a time even nutritionists believed that egg cholesterol was bad.

Salad greens, with chicken pieces, a bit of bacon bits, with a little corn and a sliced/quartered egg with Ranch dressing. No cappuccino yet.
