For lunch today my family and I enjoyed some Tacos and Discada, which is mix of ham, bacon, beef and chorizo cooked with lime, onions and salt pepper garlic.

For me, i view food differently. I eat to kill the hunger pangs. Nothing more. So my lunch tends to consist of whatever is around that can solve the annoying feeling. So today it was just a bag of chips. BUT, if i am so focused on my work i can easily go without food for 20+ hours straight.

My ideal lunch, or rather, meal for the day would be a meal-as-a-drink that contained all the appropriate vitamins/minerals/proteins (e.g. omega-3's ADH/DHA, calcium, K2's MK7) and most importantly, after drinking I feel full for several hours. I've read there are some products that offer this but one has to order with a 6-month wait time. uggh! On the plus side, it would solve the problem of bad high-saturate diets since i only eat saturates because i want to eat something pre-made quickly that has some descent taste. I tried kale for lunch one day..that didnt go well mostly because i was still getting that knot feelign in my stomach (was still wanting something of content).

Did you have a big dinner planned and wanted to make room for it?

Left over homemade hamburger from last night.

Salad with chicken, bacon bits, one hard bold egg (quartered) with a Ranch dressing. Oh yes, a butter tart for desert!
