I work out every 2nd day and relax with movies or music. It is not easy to work online

I go to the gym. Shooting hoops every day is the best way to clear my head. Put on some headphones and do about 100 free throws - works like a charm!

Lucian, I agree but sometimes life just gets stressful. Not so much your specific situation, but just things in your surroundings. I typically do what you do - eliminate the stress points - but sometimes you just have to take a big breath!

Actually music is a good choice, but recently I found a better way : palying games LOL (league of legends), is really a funny game

I just read over this thread again because the past few weeks my stress level is so high that it's very bad for my health right now and for personal reason's.

Some the replies I really like, dealing with stress has been hard for me because I make stupid decisions that effect my health and life. I have a stressful job and position at a company but I wouldn't trade places with anyone, I love what I do and give it 200% everyday at work which is why I'm so loved with the higher up managers and employees.

What they don't know is the stress I have because I never show it during the work day because It's bad for me to show stress being a boss. After hours it's another story.

Whenever i feel stressed i go out for a walk in a park and get a bit fresh air .
Other things which i do is lay down on my bed , relax and get a massage , this makes my body ease up a lot and make all the stress go away.

This is my problem right now. I'm pretty messed up with all the stresses in life. I feel like I don't have enough motivation. It sort of like a depression and it stresses me out. I just feel empty and I don't know how to work things out. My work is home based and I don't get out too often. Yap. I know.

Music works great but when i am stressed out, i cannot concentrate on anything not even on music. i just walk around here and there and try to calm myself
