Daylight Savings Time

For those that are affected by it. Remember that Daylight Savings Time ended today. Fall back one hour. Computers and electronics should do it automatically unless set not to

I was actually playing video games last night when the time changed and I didn't notice it. Got an extra hour of gaming in and didn't feel guilty

I got in the car this morning and thought I was late for a breakfast with my parents..

Then I looked at my phone for the real time.

Almost had a heart attack.

I didn't even realize it. I got up about 4 and it was about 10 or so before I noticed that it was DST and had picked up an extra hour

I won't get my extra hour until the dog makes the adjustment. That usually takes about a week as he is on 'dog time'.

Kittens don't either.

I looked at the clock thought crap I'm late! then realized we didn't change the clocks before going to bed.

Honestly, I don't really understand what daylight savings time is all about. What's the point of doing this. I've experienced this during my childhood days and somehow I'm still baffled as to why we need to follow this...

It is an ill conceived law provided to us by the DC elite who know better what we need than we the people who live with it.

During the summer months, it isn't all bad but from about Sept to April it is a joke.

Got that right! It's now dark at 5:15pm, and for someone that is a "daylight person", even this one hour makes a difference.

I long for the months of June/July. The sky is light well after 9pm, and love it. I should move to the equator, and just vacation in the north for a couple weeks in winter.
