edit pdf
any idea how i can edit a pdf for free.. just make some text changes.. but i dont have the original on word. i just have the pdf

oh..plz lets get over the legal issues.. i need to edit a pdf for my work, its just that we have misplaced the original word doc.

now can i have some REAL help?

PDF's are meant to read/print not to edit. However, you can do some editing if you have adobe acrobat professional (not just reader). You can also open up a PDF in Illustrator (if it was saved with PDF compatability) and edit the text there.

Other than those two options, you will need to find the original or re-create the document. A PDF is not much different than a scanned image with some minimal editing options with the right software.

Stephen, does that program allow you try it out in demo mode first? Are there limitations with the demo mode?
