Someone is copying my blog... I only found out due to my log stats.. what can I do.. how do I find out who this is.. etc....
PLEASE someone help.. this is out of order!

How do I get it?

Whats the best thing to do?
I emailed the link at the bottom.. warning them to delete them now.. and sent the same copy to blogger support.. so hopefully blogger will delete their account.

But what a cheap dirty trick..

Ummm, you notice it links to you right? I assume it is simply an RSS feed being used. If you only want snippets of your RSS feeds used you can set it in your preferences.

The rss setting is on short cricket... so its not that.. they have taken the piss..just copied my blog...

Looks like full rss feeds to me because every single post is linking back with the proper coding, but I didn't take the time to check everything in his code. Change your preferences.

Comments have an RSS feed too.

So far, it has been hard to enforce copyright infringement in these matters if you are providing RSS feeds for the public. You might get somewhere talking to him about the foolishnesh of duplicate content or writing an article slamming his blog which will immediately be posted on his own blog too.

I would still contact him on copyright infringement, but it can be difficult to enforce sometimes if you are providing the RSS feed for them.

I have it on short though.. I don't mind that.. I mean its for readers and people to use as PART of their content..not take all of my blog and copy it..word for word... where is THIER content?

NONE.. so that is definately out of order to me...

I will wait till blogger get back to me about it tho.. hopefully they will just delete their blog..
