Baseball in my younger days, softball in my current days. I also love to play a little basketball with my daughter. Basically just shooting baskets..
I also love to hike nature trails in the woods. Especially the ones that lead somewhere (like a waterfall)..
Anything just to get the blood circulating makes me feel so much better. Not just physically, but mentally as well. It even helps my "online work"

My fitness center also has a basketball court attached to it, so I like to shoot around a little while I'm there..
