Which sport do you play the most?

Playing sport is the only way I exercise so it's something I do regular. Which sport does anyone play on a regular basis? I personally play and watch a lot of football (soccer).

Whats does anyone else do?

I was all about that baseball my Freshmen year. It was the only sport I was ever involved in where physical exertion was used as a form of punishment by the coach when we lost a game horribly haha! Favorite position had to be bench warmer! got many hours of Gameboy Advance in thanks to that sport!

I like basketball, I'm using every single muscle in my body and after an hour or so I get the workout for an entire day.

I tried many different sports in the past couple of years. In the end, decided to stick to pilates and yoga. These are not really active types of physical activities, but it appeared to be a perfect choice for me to recover from a long working day.
