I don't think either of them replaces youtube.
They are both more entertainment orientated. The one that has more stuff you want to watch is the right choice for you.

Netflix is way too expensive especially for the India market. Prime gives you value for money.

But, does YouTube carry all sorts of TV series and movies that Netflix has to offer?

I believe YouTube is different platform from Netflix or Amazon Prime, people come to YouTube with a different need/search expectations. In Germany the protection of the authors' rights is very strict. If you stream something online from the "pirate" provider you might receive a huge fine. For reason, I am using Netflix...to be honest, I expected much bigger movie data base on this platform. Cannot say anything about the Amazon Prime though, would be interesting to try it one day.

Netflix for the win. It is higher quality content ( in my opinion) than Amazon Prime.

not a youtube replacement, but netflix destroys prime in terms of content and overall user experience.

I experienced one thing, only 5% movies or videos are different from one another. Rest all are showing same.

How is Amazon's server connectivity - say on a Friday evening or weekend? I'm pretty sure there's only so much bandwidth they have. And, I've got the Netflix 4k service, which, used to kack out every once in a while - not so much any more.

Here in India it's working good on weekend also. Don't know how it will perform in future. User increasing exponentially, now the time to test bandwidth.

I love Amazon Prime more, but their app is buggy as hell. Netflix has a pretty bad collection in India.

The grand tour is definitely a good one. Their recent episode "Jaag" was epic .. but not sure if it was a promo because of they way they made fun of it.
