Okay I just conducted a test and the post count shown to the right is incremented with each post. Should a post be removed by a moderator than the count is reduced.

Therefore I am going to quit driving myself crazy trying to put the post number in the title bar.

99,419 more posts are required to reach the goal.

Our water comes from aquifers, and as a result, the water is very "hard". I knew it was "hard water" when I moved here, but you really see the effects after washing a car and not drying it in time. The white residue is pretty prevalent. I rarely drink the tap water, but not because it's bad, it just has an odd taste (probably the minerals). The treated water is much better for laundry, dishwashing, showering etc.

Well, at the pace we're going at now (an average of 1.49 posts per day since the OP), it will take, what - about 183 years?

It's a good thing the goal wasn't set for 1,000,000 posts.

Simple solution: Post more and drag some more members into the thread.

Maybe if we changed the the title to How to SEO up to 100K backlinks

Did you have French Toast for breakfast this morning? It is National French Toast Day.

Well sorta. I had 3 eggs on top of my slice of toast. Menage-a- trois toast I guess.

I've been wondering if Fed Ex and UPS were to merge, would they call it Fed UP?

Been working on making a Fridge opening a bit bigger as my son got carried away when buying a new one.

Right now it's a crap shoot whether it will slide in or not. If not we will need to trim the counter about 1/4" and probably make a new end panel as the sawdust and glue one will probably break apart when we try to remove it. Damn cheap builder grade crap.

Just went thru a lot of that stuff, but had the counter replaced along with a new counter-depth fridge. I don't really miss the extra space of the old fridge had as it's just a couple cubic feet at most, and also cuz I never liked how far out the old one stuck out beyond the counter.

If the countertop is stone, good luck. If it's the builder "laminate", ya, I still see that as a challenge to get a good cut as well. However, my time with laminates has come to an end, so I defer to everyone else on this.

It's laminate and you are correct; it's almost impossible to get a perfect cut. The Fridge will hide the cut edge so as long as it does not chip too badly it will be okay. His kitchen is 20+ so if he finds a mate I see a remodel in his his future.

I have to call the Caesar stone people to come fix one part of the install. They are like the insurance companies - deny, deny, deny, until you get tired of fighting.

I'll try this again, since the first attempt at posting a new post didn't work. And, I'm still getting repeat notices of a PM that I read earlier. I don't know what's going on with this forum, but it's just getting weird. And, I've forgotten what I tried to post previously.

Edit: Whoa - the post that I tried to make earlier, that didn't show up in the thread previously - just appeared. It's too early for drinking here, but I'm sure it's after noon time somewhere in the world.

Has that ever stopped you?

Several sites have had small quirks this morning. I was beginning to think it was me.
