RegisterNuke was on the right thought train. But it varies more by background and perceived health concerns than it does by state or region. So I am forced to conclude that sorting it by country is probably not correct.
At the risk of ticking off our GB members I will say the worst breakfast I was ever served happened at the Hilton in London. I don't care for beans for breakfast. Ham is not bacon. And whatever that runny abomination that looked like congealed snot and they called scrambled eggs -- wasn't.
I usually start my day with a pot of coffee, then 3 eggs cooked however I am in the mood, sometimes sausage, ham or bacon, sometime home fries or hash browns. It is either taters or bread, toast or English muffin, almost never both.
Then sometimes I don't eat again until dinner. Lunch if done is always light, usually in season fruit.

Happy to be helpful.
That is the English style of scrambled eggs. It wasn't a Hilton screw-up.

One Danish "Breakfast" that I still love is biksemad, although I will admit that I don't usually eat this for breakfast, it's an "anytime I want" kind of meal.... great for using up leftovers.

We all know that Hong Kong does brunch big, so sometimes breakfast in our city can get a little overshadowed by its boozy older-sister.
e.g. Dim Sum

Juicing
In recent years I have really been into juicing. Usually breakfast, sometimes lunch. I get that kick first thing in the morning. I'm more into vegetables but every so often with fruit
