What would be the typical breakfast in your country?
In Germany most people choose bread with jam or musli. So it's mostly sweet breakfasts.

In Romania we most of the times skip breakfast but when we don't we have:
Eggs with cheese and ham/bacon.
Or
Milk and Cereals.

Buttered toast and a Yogurt cup usually. Sometimes in the cold weather, oatmeal with a little brown sugar on top with a splash of milk.
Add: forgot the cappuccino.

Wow! That looks quite oily, but yummy!
What is in this sauce? Is it spicy?

As for the United States, it can vary from state to state and from coast to coast. From where I grew up on the east coast a typical breakfast would consist of Coffee with eggs and toast and sausage.

Not typical but at least once a week I like to treat myself to a Greasy Joe's
2 sausages
2 bacon
1 scrambled egg
1 mushrooms
2 hash browns
1 baked beans
Washed down with a big mug of extra sweet tea
Trouble is, I've put on about 3 stone in the past 10 years

Oh, sounds like a calorie-bomb! Also, it's completely obvious that you come from UK
I've tried such breakfast once in one of the cafes in Liverpool...was really good!

It used to be the highlight of my week, (tends to only be once a month now though as my wife tells me off )
Pure escapism, get away from the PC for a couple of hours and sit and read the red top paper as I have a lovely breakfast.
You guessed right, I am in UK

Some of those breakfasts look mouthwatering! Both the Full English ones and the Indian ones.
I usually have something quite simple: a couple of wholemeal toast with tea or a breakfast cereal such as Bran flakes or Weetabix.

Good English (low fat) cooked breakfast every morning means I am not tempted to have cake with my coffee later in the day. I recommend a hearty breakfast for anyone trying to lose weight.
As much as you like of the no fat boiled fresh button mushrooms, boiled fresh tomatoes.
As much as you like of tinned (low sugar) baked beans.
Couple of slices of unbuttered bread or toast.
Couple of grilled Quarn (meat free and low fat) sausages.
Rasher of best back, low fat, trimmed bacon.
Egg.
It's my only main meal of the day. The beans keep me feeling bloated and full all day, so I am never tempted to eat between meals. Eat as much veg as you like!
