Is the page rank of forum home page decreased ?

My toolbar is showing pr 5 .

Since the community is still in the top 5 for Webmaster Forum, it's not a huge deal either way.

When I searched Google for "webmaster forum", V7 comes in at #3. Even more interestingly, the old forum (which has long been dead) comes in at #7.
