Help me! i cant sleep :(!
It was 1:00 AM here, and i went to bed and tried hard! to sleep but i cant!. 1 hour passed and i was still not slept.
At last when i was tired, i thought of asking here  . I hope you guys help me, otherwise i'll have to be awake till morning  ...
Help me out please!

Based on a combination of all of your posts lately, you are too young to be feeling this way all of the time. I highly recommend sitting down and talking to your parents. It may be time for them to consider finding some professional help so that you can start working through the challenges you are facing in your life right now.

Yes..... The problem is that i use the PC too much. About 15/18 hours everyday (and even sometime i don't sleep at night).

well farooqaaa, i think you should better try to have some yoga... so that you'll b able to learn to relax and calm your body as well as your mind... or before you to sleep, try to drink a glass of fresh milk, so that your tense muscle or braincells will calm down, and you'll b able to sleep...

My suggestion would be to cut WAY back on your computer time. I know it will be hard at first, but try it.
And then try exercising. If you already exercise, try doing more than usual. Take several hours away from your usual computer time and go for a walk, do some bending and stretching, or do mild calisthenic work (like low impact jumping, jumping jacks, etc.). If you have stairs, go up and down the stairs more often than usual. Or try doing housework / helping with housework until you're good an physically tired.
Do this at some point during the day--but not before you go to bed. Doing exercise gives you energy, which will also allow you to sleep better at night.
Try reading a book (nothing terrifying or troubling).
Try drinking chamomile tea right before bed (no sugar in it).

this might sound bad taste but honestly when i can't sleep, i jerk off and there,, it's dreamland for me in an instant.
no drug intake, no arithmetic involved, just plain you and your will.:
and oh, they're right. cut back on PC time.
