Final Fantasy XII

Hi there,

What does everyone think of the all new Final Fantasy XII? I have owned it for a week now and haven't played it yet...not because I don't want to but because I have been busy with other things. But a few friends told me it was good except they have took the good ole battle mode out and placed a new real-time battle mode in!!!?

At first I was a little hesitant about it but it seems like it should be OK, they seem to have got used to it. I am going to try and fit a couple of hours on it tonight if I can and have a blast.

If you want I will tell you what I think, but if you can all tell me your thoughts that would be great

Will the opinions of others change any plans you may have for the game that you have already purchased?

It's a great game but, in all honesty, I prefer the older turn-based fighting over the new real-time garbage. Plus, the cameras are annoying and a pain because they move weird-like. The main character looks funny too, he has a pig's nose or something.

Anyway, it's a great game, seems to be a good story and looks like it's promising me hours of fun... as soon as I get more than four hours into it. Haha.

I just installed King's Quest I.
Haven't had a chance to boot it up, though.

Probably not, but it's nice to know what to expect, I'd rather know if the game was going to be rubbish than to play it and think..."Uh, that is the worse FF ever!".

But I get what your saying I think

. I bought the strategy guide today as well so I can see the maps better, the ones in the game are s***. But it seems a good enough game, but I have only played 5 minutes of it today to see what things were like.

Right I might bash up an hour or so on it, see how things go...

I've played about a 1/3rd the way through. It's a lot of fun but I haven't had the chance to finish it.
